PROCESSING & POSTAGE
As all garments are handmade to order, please see individual product pages for information on processing time required to make your order ahead of shipping.
Orders are posted domestically and internationally using a tracked service. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email notification of confirmation. When your garment has been shipped you will receive an email notification of dispatch with tracking information. Please follow up any queries you may have directly with the dedicated postage service. Florence Morris-Clarke cannot be held responsible for any delays during postage.
For orders outside of the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, of which Florence Morris-Clarke has no control. As the customer and importer of goods, you are responsible for these charges. If you have any queries, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchase. Florence Morris-Clarke cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges as a result of customs processing.
If a shipment is undeliverable due to refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect address or multiple failed attempts or any other reason, your package may be abandoned at the recipient destination, of which Florence Morris-Clarke is not responsible.
For orders outside of the UK, a list of contents is enclosed on your parcel for ease of processing through customs.
