Due to all Products being made to order, Florence Morris-Clarke is unable to offer any form of return, refund or exchange, once payment has been submitted on the Website. This includes but is not limited to, Products that do not fit as expected, due to the unstandardised subjective nature of sizing, Products that become damaged whether through proper or improper use, Products that do not meet expectations for quality or any other reason.
10. Postage, Customs & Duty
Products are posted using a tracked service. Once dispatched, Florence Morris-Clarke has no control over your delivery and any queries or issues must be dealt with by You directly with the postage company. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address You provide is correct.
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Florence Morris-Clarke has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as the customer, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for in full by You. No refund or compensation will be given by Florence Morris-Clarke upon refusal to pay these charges.
