- Full product payment is required upfront
- Product must then be returned within 10 days of product arriving at customer address
- Product must be returned undamaged and with tracking
- Tracking details to be sent to hello@florencemorris-clarke.com
- Once product has been returned, received and checked by Florence Morris-Clarke, customer payment will then be refunded, minus shipping/customs costs and hire cost stated in title.
- Please note that depending on size required this product may need to be made-to-order, therefore please allow the processing time stated in DELIVERY & RETURNS details.
